Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We currently provide a worldwide shipping service in partnership with DHL. Your orders will be delivered right to your doorsteps. 

Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are dependent on your location and the weight or dimension of your order.

Q: How long does shipping take until I get my order?
A: 2-5 business days for delivery within Indonesia, and 14-30 business days for International Delivery.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We always process your order on Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 2PM will be processed on the next day. Orders placed after 2PM on Thursday and those placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, you can. Tracking number will be sent to your email after your order has been fulfilled.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. You will be charged 2% (transaction fee) + 11% (VAT).
